HR Admin

Up to £12.ph.

Macildowie are delighted to be working with a global business who are a household name within their sector! Based in Mansfield, the business is about to go through a busy period and therefore need an extra HR Admin to support on all the transactional duties for the employees.

The role includes:

  • Processing contracts for new starters
  • Uploading new starters onto the HRIS
  • Managing first line HR queries from employees
  • Processing leavers
  • Managing the HR inbox

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong administration experience
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be confident offering first line advice to employees
