I am working with a midlands based business to source their first ever Head of Talent. This company hold values at the heart of everything they do and have a really open and honest working culture. Working closely with a fantastic Talent Acquisition Specialist and existing Learning and Development team the successful candidate will be developing and delivering a people and resource plan to support the business through a time of growth and change.
This role requires a creative, strategic, credible Head of Talent that will bring innovative ideas, build relationships with stakeholders and will use data to ensure a quality candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing team members
• Leading on strategic workforce planning
• Working with internal marketing on recruitment plans
• Working with the wider people team to design an engaging induction and onboarding programme
