This position is a perfect for someone looking for a true Business Partnering role. With a great balance of transaction and strategic work this is a great opportunity for a generalist that is experience in or keen to get more involved in working with senior leaders within the business to deliver strategic projects in line with commercial goals.

So, what does the successful candidate look like?

• Demonstrable experience driving change and working through a time of transformation for a business
• Experience leading on complex ER cases
• Experience offering advice and solutions to help influence the HR strategy and business agenda
• Ability to sometimes work in a stand alone environment/confident to owning generalist HR support
• Happy to travel between a few sites now and then to support group wide initiatives
• A Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner with experience in a white collar environment
• Not afraid to challenge and take ownership of HR decisions
