There are a few requirements of this position so please apply if you have the following experience

• You used to a high volume workload
• You have experience at HR Officer or HR Advisor level - Level 3 CIPD or higher
• You are confident giving HR advice and coaching line managers on processes
• You are happy with the daily commute to Leicester
