Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for employee relations? Do you thrive in dynamic, evolving environments? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation based in Central Leicester, currently undergoing a significant period of change.

They are looking for a HR Advisor who is confident managing an ER caseload and providing expert guidance to employees and managers on best practise across the business of 150 employees. You'll work collaboratively with a team of five HR professionals and actively support the organisation's ongoing change initiatives.

Other Additional Key Responsibilities:

• Offering expert advice to both employees and managers and answering HR queries
• Supporting the organisation's change initiatives and adapting to evolving needs.
• Collaborating with colleagues to nurture a positive workplace culture.

To be successful with your application you will have previous experience and exposure to employee relations case management and be happy operating in a demanding and fast paced environment.
