Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a first move into a Senior HR role?

Fancy joining a company that have big growth ambitions and plenty of upcoming change to get your teeth into?

I am delighted to be supporting this highly ambitious, growing technology group to source a Senior HR Advisor.

This role will be predominantly operational, with the scope to get involved in some strategic projects.
You will be supporting the site in North Nottingham, acting as their 'go-to' HR support for everything from employee relations, absence management, change management, performance management, staff development and driving new HR initiatives.


It will be extremely varied day to day and you will assist on all operational HR support and guidance for the site.


The Head of HR will be working to develop your strategic abilities to look at the workforce from a more commercial view point and start to look at making efficiencies across the group and driving collaboration across teams and talent where possible.


As there is so much change going on, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a real resilience to evolving environments and thrive in challenging and uncertain times.


So, what does the successful candidate look like?

  • Demonstrable experience managing all operational duties of HR and working through a time of change for a business
  • Experience leading on complex ER cases
  • Experience offering advice and solutions to help influence the HR strategy and business agenda
  • An experience HR Advisor in a fast-paced industry
  • Not afraid to challenge and take ownership of HR decisions
