Macildowie HR are working on a brilliant opportunity to recruit for a HR Assistant based in Nuneaton on a permanent basis paying up to £25,000p.a.

The Role

Within this role, you will be supporting the HR Officer by delivering a range of different HR and recruitment services, so having strong administrative experience is a key skill for this one. Offering hybrid working this is a role where you can really make a difference!

The Responsibilities

In this role there is definitely a lot to keep you busy! Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Carrying out general HR administration tasks
• On-boarding
• Issuing contracts
• DBS and right to work checks
• Safeguarding checks
• Meeting new starters and showing them around
• Paper and electronic filing

The Candidate

So what would the ideal candidate look like?

• Previous experience with working in a HR or Recruitment role
• Being able to work to tight deadlines and being able to manage changing priorities
• Strong IT skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work as a team
