The HR Business Partner will report directly to the Head of HR will work as part of a team of 8. You will be an integral part in the HR function and bring your HR expertise and lead from the front.

Not only will you be responsible for partnering a team you will be an escalation point supporting the HR Advisors with complex ER case work.

This position is paying c£42,000 plus amazing benefits and the hours are 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch. You will be based on site 3 days a week in Leicester.

The (not so) day to day

This is not a standard Business Partner role, it is project focused, challenging and varied. You will partner the business stakeholders and assist with and ER cases, strategy planning and succession planning for that area.

In addition to allll of that you will develop strong working relationships with the functional managers and attend regular meetings to understand the strategy and various relevant actions. Finally you will coach all levels of leadership in processes and delivering the company strategy.

What do we need from you!?

This role is going to suit someone who is either already in a Business Partner role looking for a change or a Senior HR Advisor from Professional Services.

You will need to use your initiative on a daily basis, be two steps ahead and give sound advice on a daily basis.
