So - The role…

They are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team of 4, supporting a business of around 1000 employees in Leicester.

This busy, growing and exciting business support their employees in a 'shared service' format utilising a snazzy in-house HR system - Workday. You will work as part of a team providing HR support and advice to the client base on everything and anything.

We are looking for a HR Advisor who is confident answering 1st line Employee Relations queries and coordinating the process of providing advice - escalating cases to the HR BP's when necessary for the relevant business unit.
