Hybrid working, manage your own diary, ad hoc national travel

£35,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Macildowie HR are working once again with a brilliant brand and giant of the manufacturing/FMCG world. We are searching for an exceptional HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about making a significant impact in the world of HR and who is looking for a varied HR Advisor level position.

In this role, you'll become an integral part of their HR team of three, focusing on their extensive network of UK sites, including the South West, Scotland, and the Midlands. As an HR Advisor, you will support and chair employee relations cases, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving HR projects that support the people plan. Not only that but you will be responsible for the management and facilitation of the business charity events, something you can really take ownership of.

To be successful with your application you will have previous HR and ER experience at advisor level and be happy with the element of travel within this position.
