Are you looking to gain essential experience within HR?

Macildowie are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity based in Nottinghamshire, who are seeking to appoint a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

What is the role:

  • Provide generalist Administration support throughout the HR function.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support the monthly payroll process from end-to-end.
  • Maintain and update the HR database used to store all personnel files.
  • Support the implementation of the organisations Learning & Development plan.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working within a HR and Administration capacity.
  • Be eager to grow their HR career within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Have a desire to develop their knowledge and skill set throughout the entire HR function.
  • Be extremely organised with an excellent eye for detail.
