Role Overview:

This role is a good mixture of strategic HR, team management and business operations. As the Business Partner, you will be the linchpin of the function, responsible for a range of tasks:

Management - You will support the HR Advisor team, assisting with queries and being the escalation point for complex ER casework, ensuring positive outcomes.

Account Management and Business Development - Managing client relationships, partnering closely with key contacts to ensure a smooth on-boarding process

Internal HR - Leading the HR function for the business headcount of 15ppl including quarterly reviews, one to ones and general people management. You will also manage any business change, organisational development and business acquisitions.

Business Management - setting and orchestrating the business strategic plan to achieve key objectives supporting the staff to achieve this. Ensure all marketing content is within legal guidelines.

To be successful with your application you must come with senior HR experience and an understanding of business management. You will have managed a team previously and worked within an SME environment - comfortable operating at the top and bottom of your role.
