Key Responsibilities:

• Get ready to be the go-to guru on all things HR, from employment law to employee relations.
• Dive into the nitty-gritty of complex cases, leading investigations, and rocking those disciplinary and grievance processes like a pro.
• Design and deliver training programs, covering everything from leadership to diversity and inclusion.
• Figure out what our clients need from a HR support perspective, then deliver a 1st class process
• Be the point of contact and support system for our team and clients, helping them navigate the ever-changing world of HR.
• Assist the MD with rolling out the HR strategic projects
• You will also support the team of HR Advisors managing their development with the assistance of KPI's where necessary

They are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Advisor who is confident with line management and a variety of ER cases.
