Macildowie HR Are currently working with a strong household name who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR BP to join them on an interim basis for 12 months.

This is a completely generalist role reporting to the Head of HR. You will work in tandem with one other supporting the business of c700 employees from a HR perspective.

You will partner closely with key stakeholders challenging where necessary. You will upskill management on HR best practise, support on ER case work and be responsible for various strategic HR projects (looking at workforce planning and culture).
