Macildowie HR are working with an East Anglia based professional services company who are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. This growing SME are very people and culture focused and need an Advisor (reporting to the HR BP) to join them during a period of exciting change.

Working from their offices 3 days a week you will partner closely with key stakeholders supporting from a HR perspective. This could include anything from - management of ER cases, policy updates, management coaching, absence management and supporting with the business on-boarding. Not only that but you will have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects such as system implementations, apprenticeship recruitment and a policy overhaul!!
