Burton-on-Trent
Up to £32,000

Macildowie are excited to be working exclusively with an amazing Blue-Collar organisation, who are looking for a HR Officer on a permanent role to join their team. The working-model for this role is fully on-site.


The successful candidate will:

  • Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, including contracts and offer letters.
  • Handle Employee Relations issues, including more complex ER casework.
  • Support the Group Head of HR with upcoming project work.
  • Recruitment duties, including niche, specific vacancies.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be dedicated and passionate about growing within HR.
  • Have experience managing employee issues and low-level ER cases.
  • Be confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
