I am currently working in partnership with an established manufacturing company based in Leicestershire and surrounding areas, recruiting for L&D Partner to join their team.

The 'best bit' about this role is the reporting manager, I'd describe them as progressive, forwards thinking, commercial, fast paced, proactive and genuinely impressive!

This is a role that will work in true partnership with the Head of L&D to assist in the roll out of the L&D Strategy. Working with more of a strategic focus you will work alongside two others supporting the business from an L&D perspective.

This is both a strategic and operational role where you will -

• Understand and develop training programmes as well as roll them out
• Identify current business needs, understand the problems and challenges coming in from managers as well as unlocking high performance.
• Do a training needs analysis on individual teams to establish any gaps
• Measure all outcomes and report
• Be a true partner to key stakeholders - being a visible point of contact

This is a brilliant opportunity for a true 'generalist' L&D Partner who has experience working within a large matrix organisation and within an environment that is highly regulated.
