Macildowie are delighted to be working alongside an organisation based in South Derbyshire looking for a L&D Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis, working within the clinical side of their operating L&D team.
Reporting into the People Partners, the business need someone to come in and take ownership of all training admin and coordination for the business. Due to the nature of the organisation it is full office based.
The roles duties include:
- Arranging and booking all external training suppliers for the business
- Coordinating the induction and onboarding programmes for the business
- Writing and formalising training agreements
- Support the L&D Lead and Advisor
- Calendar, diary and file management of all training related matters
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience as a L&D or Training Admin
- Have excellent stakeholder engagement
- Be organised, confident and have strong written communication
