Are you looking for a varied HR Management position with hybrid working?

Do you enjoy the challenges of HR and enjoy getting stuck in to projects?

Macildowie HR are currently working with a commercial manufacturing business based in North Leicester who operate across two sites.

The business of c100 employees is looking for a HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis responsible for a HR Admin and to the MD.

This role is a truly generalist positions and you will therefore be required to

  • Coach and up-skill line managers
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders - pushing back and influencing when necessary
  • Employee relations - having challenging conversations and giving advice on cases
  • Updating of all policies and processes
  • Responsibility of the business engagement events

You will also be responsible for all HR projects -

  • Managing cultural change - ensuring managers are accountable, proactive and bought in to the process
  • Responsibility for the functionality of the attendance system and excel spreadsheets
  • Updating skills matrix - including revamping the induction process
  • Leadership management and training delivery

To be successful with your application you will have come from a HR role operating at a similar level, you will have had exposure to and been the decision maker on ER cases and be comfortable influencing key stakeholders.

This role is paying c£45,000p.a. + benefits and is based from home twice a week.
