Macildowie are thrilled to be working alongside a fantastic organisation based in South Lincolnshire looking for a Recruitment Support professional to join on a permanent basis and really hit the ground running. The role adopts a hybrid working model from their busy South Lincolnshire office.

The organisation are incredibly passionate about their people, and the work that they do within the local area. You would be joining an energetic recruitment team and supporting a business within a remarkably fast growing sector, aiding the future growth of the organisation.

The successful candidate will:

• Drive recruitment throughout the organisation.
• Grow the internal business development, working with high-level external stakeholders.
• Conduct value driven recruitment, reducing organisational turnover.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders, enabling strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Be creative in developing recruitment strategies and talent attraction methods.
• Be confident managing a constant high-volume of vacancies.
• Be passionate about adding value to a high-energy, fantastic recruitment team.
