HR Manager

Macildowie are currently working with an established training provider based in Leicestershire who are looking for a HR Manager to support their business head count of 100 employees.

Culture and team fit is top of their list - they have strategic projects focusing on engagement and cultural development and this and the people, are the reason this position is one to be fought over!

They are looking for a proactive, HR Generalist who is; as happy sending out the contracts and offer letters as they are running with strategic projects and partnering with the SLT.

Following an element of business change there is loads of projects to be getting stick in with:-

• Employee engagement
• Management of culture change initiatives
• Management coaching and development
• Succession planning

The salary is competitive comes with 25 days holiday + bank holidays, PMI, enhanced pension and a non-contractual bonus!
