Macildowie are absolutely delighted to be working with a Private Sector organisation based in Nottingham, who are seeking an HR Assistant on a Permanent basis.
This fantastic opportunity offering a hybrid working model. The individual will be assisting with the entire HR function, gaining exposure to wider areas of HR and there has never been a better time to get into the business as they look to reinforce their team!


The successful candidate will:

  • Support the HR team across all areas of the HR function.
  • Coordinate Recruitment and Employee training.
  • Handle face-to-face queries regarding payroll and contracts.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit interviews.
  • Maintain the existing HR database, ensuring personnel files are up to date.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a passion for growing their HR career through exposure to new and exciting challenges.
  • Hold previous experience of HR administration, working within a fast-paced, HR department.
  • Be confident communicating with and assisting a range of stakeholders.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards it.
