HR Administrator

Nottingham (On-site then hybrid)

Up to £12.50 per hour

Temporary (4 week contract)

Macildowie are delighted to be working with an organisation based in Central Nottingham, who are seeking an immediately available HR Administrator on a short-term temporary basis.

The successful individual will support and handle general admin duties to relieve pressure during an extremely busy business period. The position is fully on-site due to the nature of the role for the first couple of weeks.

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist with an urgent administration project within the business
  • Work within the HR team to push through a document workload
  • Go through documents, assessing suitability and editing before submission

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience within a fast-paced admin role
  • Have knowledge of compliance
  • Be confident to communicate with and support employees at all levels of the business
  • Be driven to work through high volumes of documents each day
