They are looking for someone who…

• Has worked within a blue collar industry (or similar) and are used to a high volume workload
• Has experience at HR Officer or HR Advisor level - ER exposure is necessary for this one!
• Is confident giving HR advice and coaching line managers on best practice
• Is happy being on site every day in West Leicester (not far from Fosse Park)
