Job Description

I am currently working with a big brand name in the manufacturing and distribution world. They are market giants and are looking for a HR Administrator on a permanent basis to join their team.

This is a brand new role and will sit as part of an established team in Northamptonshire with an expectation of being in the office around 3 days a week.

You will work in a completely generalist capacity supporting a business headcount of c250 employees.

Your day to day would be very varied but the key objectives would be -

  • Management of the employee life cycle
  • Inputting all starters, leavers and changes on the HR system
  • Minute taking in ER cases
  • General HR data administration - contract offer letters etc.
  • Ensuring the data for monthly payroll is uploaded and correct
  • Assistance with strategic HR project - supporting the HR BP

To be successful with your application for this role, you will need to have had some exposure to the data side of payroll and therefore have great attention to detail. They would require someone who has come from a HR Admin background ideally within a similar industry and who is comfortable working at pace and high volume.
