I am excited to be working with this client in the healthcare sector who are looking for a People Manager to join their Sleaford site. The organisation is incredibly people-focused, and adopt a hybrid-working model to allow for flexibility. The role's responsibilities:

  • Direct line management responsibilities of 3 recruitment team members- supporting their continuous professional development
  • Conducting operational HR duties, including the employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding and engagement
  • Working on process improvement and continuously developing employee engagement, aim to reduce employee turnover, improve attraction and retention
  • Occasional ER duties- grievance issues and disciplinary cases, absence management, performance management.


The ideal candidate:

  • Experience leading a team and having a people-centred approach
  • Previous experience of conducting full operational HR duties, from the employee lifecycle through to ER cases
  • Analytical and process-driven, not afraid of getting stuck into the data
  • 'Hands-on' with recruitment processes- supporting the team as and where you can
