HR Advisor
Location: Northamptonshire+ Hybrid working
Salary: Above market rate
Hours: Monday - Friday

Our client, a highly regarded luxury brand situated in the Northamptonshire region, is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Advisor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:
As the successful HR Advisor, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including the end-to-end life cycle on some matters, including ER.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll (oversee monthly pay role)
- Employee Lifecycle (General HR enquiries, Employee Relations, Employee changes, Health & Safety)
- Recruitment & On-boarding (Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including ATS)
- Projects (Assist in developing and implementing project plans)
- Compliance (Review policies, auditing, up to date & accurate employee information
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have solid experience of working at HR Advisor level and be confident to complete a range manage HR-related processes from start to finish.
Ideal attributes and experience include:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)
- Proficient IT Skills: ideally within; Microsoft suite, Sharepoint, Teams, LinkedIn or other
- Knowledge of UK employment law, ACAS and standard people policies
- Approachable and empathetic
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
