I am currently working with a very well established and impressive Corby based brand who specialise in the manufacturing sector. They have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and are recruiting for a really exciting role.

This role is a happy medium between a HR Business Partner and a HR Advisor. You will support the HR BPs, partnering with key stake holders across the company and supporting in a generalist HR capacity.

Your duties will include

• Managing high volume and sometimes complex ER casework
• Supporting employees across the entire employee life cycle
• Assist with projects various HR focused projects
• Coaching Line Managers on HR best practise

They are looking for a HR Professional to join their fast paced and commercial HR team on a permanent basis. You will report to a People Operations Manager and provide sound HR support to a very commercial branch of the business, of around 400 employees.

To accompany that you will manage and assist with a number of HR projects, including (but not limited to) team restructures, benefits and role bench-marking and employee engagement.

You will have the support of the HR Admins shared service for all the 'admin bits' and be that 'go to' person in the HR team.
