L&D Manager - £50,000 p.a.

This role, based across multiple sites, with flexibility to work from home, but with a need to be in Coventry one day a week, offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multisite Leadership: Provide L&D support to the operational side of the business, focusing on distribution centres. Collaborate with leadership to enhance the capabilities of teams across various locations.
• Technical Expertise: Understand, create, and own the technical offering. Facilitate 1st line management and leadership training to ensure teams are equipped with the skills needed for success.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with outsourced vendors to create and deliver impactful leadership and basic technical training programs. Manage relationships to ensure the highest quality of learning solutions.
• LMS System Management: Oversee the online Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is effectively utilised to deliver training programs. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative learning technologies.
• Talent Development: Conduct annual talent reviews and needs analysis to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
