Reporting to the HR Manager and with the support of a HR team you will provide generalist support to a headcount of around 500 employees.

This multi-site role is within a strong blue collar/manufacturing industry business and will suit someone who is on the up in their HR career and wanting support and coaching from a HR Manager.

This big name brand is looking for a generalist HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis and hit the ground running in a HR Advisor role. The position will be a mix of employee relations, coaching line managers and HR projects focusing on process improvements and policy updates. The HR Manager is progressive, forwards thinking and willing to upskill the right candidate.
