Macildowie HR have been given the pleasure of working on a brilliant Multi-site HR Business Partner role with some ad hoc national travel.

Now this is a bit of a mixed bag, not our 'usual' HRBP position to say the least.

You will be based out of Rugby day to day with the flexibility to work from home after longer travel days. You will build relationships with key stake holders at l levels, partnering with them to understand their ways of working and how to effectively coach them on best practise. You will support in a generalist capacity from a HR perspective with the support of the wider HR team.

Now for the 'mixed' bit, we are looking for someone good with numbers, with a good eye for detail and who is comfortable with the data input and contractual changes for payroll. There will be no manual calculations or processing of payroll but the data provided will needs to be bob on!!

If you have regional or multisite business partnering experience, have operated in a generalist HR capacity and are comfortable around reporting and data then please do apply, I'd love to hear from you!
