Job Description

I am delighted to be working in partnership with a Public Sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire who are looking to appoint two HR Advisors on a permanent basis. Your expertise and experience will be vital in ensuring the effective provision of an excellent HR service to the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a generalist HR Advisor role.
  • You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
  • You will be comfortable providing advice on restructures and change projects.
  • Attend consultations, providing support and guidance.
  • Support within the recruitment process.
  • Undertake basic job evaluations.

Requirements & Key Competencies:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 3
  • Experience providing ER advice on a face to face basis
  • Ideally had exposure to Unionised environments

Benefits:

  • £32,076 - £36,648
  • 30 days Annual Leave (plus public holidays)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week on site (with flexibility to attend consultations on site)
  • 20% Employer Pension Contribution
