Learning and Development Partner - with a twist…

I am currently working with a midlands based manufacturing giant who are looking for an L&D Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

This position has a key focus looking at the way they 'do' things, streamlining and modernising their processes on a day to day basis.

Due to periods of growth and restructures they now want to prioritise their functionality, they are looking for a forwards thinking L&D Partner to bring them in to the here and now, with innovative ideas, new ways of working and modernisation by the way of process and proactive projects.

If you have experience of working in Change Management from an L&D perspective and are comfortable coaching and partnering with key stake holders through the process while managing the feedback and internal comms - then I would love to hear from you!

This role is based out of the Leicester site c4-5 days a week (1-2 days from home) and has a very competitive salary and package!
