Job Description

Macildowie Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced HR Systems Manager to join our client based in Buckinghamshire on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

As the HR Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the HR systems and processes to support the organisation's goals and mission. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR information systems and the team, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The role is paying up to £49,600, with a hybrid working policy (around three days on site a week)

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and administer the organisation's HR information systems, including HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and other related platforms.
  • Manage and lead the HR Systems team
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the functionality, usability, and integration of HR systems,
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within HR systems, conducting regular audits and implementing best practices for data management and governance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to HR team members and end-users, troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and delivering training as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and integration, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in HR systems and practices, proactively recommending enhancements and optimisation to drive operational excellence and compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems-related matters, providing guidance, recommendations, and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements of the role:

  • Experience in HR systems administration, implementation, and support, preferably in a complex organisational environment.
  • Significant experience leading a team within a systems or HR capacity
