HR Officer Leicestershire - £25k per annum - 12 months FTC

Macildowie is working with a Leicestershire organisation to appoint an experienced HR Officer on a fixed term contract for 12 months The role will be providing comprehensive HR administration support to both internal and external stakeholders and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

This role will be paying the full time equivalent of £25,000 per year and will predominately be offering a hybrid working structure with 2-3 days on site a week in Leicestershire.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a HR Administration capacity and able to work across the whole HR spectrum in a busy environment.

  • Facilitate recruitment processes, including advertising, managing applications and arranging interviews.
  • Ensure all on boarding documents are created and distributed in timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the probation process
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits
  • Support the maintenance of organisational charts and intranet documents.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related enquiries
  • Manage processes related to leave and associated payroll tasks.
  • Assist in the implementation of new HR systems and initiatives.
  • Support learning and development administration activities.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure updates.
  • Provide support for project development and implementation.
