I am lucky enough to be working exclusively with a midlands brand in the luxury manufacturing world. They are looking for a permanent HR Manager to join the business of c200 employees based just outside Nottingham - onsite 3 days a week, 2 from home.

Reporting in to a member of the senior leadership team, you will manage the HR team of two, up-skilling and developing them as you go. The role is completely generalist with ad hoc HR projects, including employee engagement, policy revamps and EVP and brand.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has already operated at a similar level, had line management experience and loves the SME world.

The salary is competitive paying in and around £50,000p.a. - £55,000p.a. with some wiggle room, they will also consider candidates who would consider 4 days a week (part time) to apply please do so via the link
