HR Administrator
Temporary- 2 months
Office based

I am thrilled to be supporting my client in the aviation industry. As a Temporary HR Administrator, you will support the HR team in various operational tasks. This role will give you the opportunity to continue to develop your HR skills and give exposure to another workplace, equally whilst working alongside some exceptional HR talent!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, to onboarding to processing new starters and more.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR database and document management system.
  • Support with the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and liaising with line managers within the business.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to gather feedback, provide updates on candidate status, and address any recruitment-related inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and other adhoc tasks as required.

Deliverables of the role:

  • Proven experience in a HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS software is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
