Macildowie HR have the great pleasure of working with a professional services company (it sounds boring…it's not!) based in Leicester. They are recruiting HR Assistant to join their team.
This position is reporting into the HR Manager they are approachable, professional, very impressive, someone this role can learn from and look up to.
You will bring your already broad knowledge of HR administration to the team of three and help to assist with all aspects of HR, you will be responsible for all HR support to the team and wider function.
The good bit -
This role is going to suit someone who has an avid interest in L&D.
Someone who wants to upskill employees, ensure their training is top notch and learn how best to support the business from an L&D perspective.
So… if you are working within HR administration or have some solid work experience but need someone to take a chance on you to move in to HR/L&D then this it he role for you!
