Bolsover
Full-time | Permanent
£45,000
Hybrid Working Model with some national travel.

Are you a highly effective L&D operator looking to support a growing organisation with your skills and expertise to enhance business growth, employee experience, and organisational capability? I am delighted to be working on a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation and team focusing on learning, development and driving engagement!

My client is a multi-site organisation leading in its sector through transformation. They're looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive forward their people development agenda - building a consistent framework across technical and non-technical functions, optimising their LMS, onboarding, compliance, leadership development and more. Working with leaders to support change management through training and learning is another key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise and manage all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) including content development and reporting.
  • Developing training processes to support employee retention and development and secure ISO accreditation.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure functional training needs are identified and supported
  • Work closely with technical trainers to ensure smooth training delivery and progression pathways.
  • Support change projects to enhance engagement and capability.
  • Lead on the annual cycle of performance review, employee survey, training compliance.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an L&D role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the L&D lifecycle and know what good looks like
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience of leading and managing digital learning tools to support the business really understanding how to bring this alive as a source of knowledge and engaging employees in their own development
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships, regulatory and compliance training
  • A solid L&D or HR qualification (e.g. CIPD) preferred.
  • Degree level or equivalent
