Temporary ER Advisor Immediate Start (1st July)
Location: Syston Office Based (Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm)
Hourly Rate: £18 per hour (equivalent to £35,000 per annum)
Contract: Initially 3 months potential to extend
Macildowie are delighted to be supporting a lovely business based in Syston with the recruitment of a Temporary ER Advisor to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available candidate looking to gain experience in a supportive, people-focused organisation.
The Role:
As the ER Advisor, you will play a key role in providing low-level Employee Relations advice and support, as well as assisting the wider HR team with general HR tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being visible in the business and working collaboratively with managers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting managers with low-level ER cases
- Providing generalist HR advice and guidance
- Assisting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Supporting with HR projects where required
- Ensuring employee queries are handled promptly and professionally
About You:
- Ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- Previous experience in an HR or ER support role
- Confident handling low-level employee relations matters
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Able to commit to an office-based role, Monday to Friday
