HR Manager - £50,000 + Benefits

We're working with a fantastic organisation in Leicester who are looking for a new HR Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a fast-paced, exciting environment where you'll have real impact from day one.
What you'll be doing:
Leading day-to-day HR operations (ER, recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting)
Managing and developing a growing HR team (HRBP, HR Assistant, and more to come)
Partnering with senior managers across the business to deliver effective people solutions
Driving HR processes, policy updates, and supporting training & development activity
Supporting broader projects (EDI, L&D, systems) alongside the Head of HR
What we're looking for:
Strong operational HR experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality, manufacturing, professional services or similar)
Confident handling ER, recruitment, and HR reporting
A collaborative leader who can balance pace with accuracy
CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with solid employment law knowledge

This role is onsite in Leicester (with some flexibility), and you'll need to thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
