Macildowie are absolutely delighted to be working with a Charity organisation based in Derby, who are seeking an People Advisor to join the business on a Permanent basis.

This fantastic opportunity offering a remote working model. The individual will be assisting with the entire HR function, gaining exposure to wider areas of HR and there has never been a better time to get into the business as they look to reinforce their team!

If successful, you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own ER caseload including but not limited to; disciplinary and grievance cases, absence and performance management.
• Support the on-boarding and exit functions of the organisation and take a key focus on the policies and procedures of the organisation.
• Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit interviews.
• Reporting on key HR metrics across the organisation to help shape business decisions
• Working on wider HR projects, including employee engagement, well-being and process improvement

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in an Advisory role
• Be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Have experience dealing with their own ER caseload
• Hold a CIPD qualification
