This is a super opportunity to work for a growing manufacturing organisation seeking a HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. Based in Nottinghamshire, the business is constantly acquiring and growing, meaning the internal opportunities for the successful candidate our endless.

The role reports into the HR Manager and will take ownership of operational HR duties for this specific site. Alongside these duties, there is an opportunity to work alongside the HR Manager and provide insight and ideas which aims to improve the employee function at the business.

Duties:

• Manage ER casework across the site including complex cases
• Manage recruitment for the site
• Coach and upskill line managers across the site on a range of HR policies and processes
• Support the HR Manager on rolling out group level projects to site including engagement, wellbeing and ED&I
• Lead on data reporting and HRIS use for the site on all key HR metrics
• Mentor and develop the HR Admin in the team

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable being part of a changing business
• Experience in writing policies and procedures
• Complex ER case management experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement
