Job Description

Location: Remote (with travel to London twice a month) Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Position Overview: As a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a thriving and inclusive organizational culture that empowers our team members to perform at their best. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide expert guidance on people-related matters, ensuring that our HR practices align with our mission and values. This is a remote role with bi-monthly travel to London.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to foster an open and supportive communication environment.
  • Manage HR-related projects, such as training and development programs, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our HR programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR or People Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to travel to London twice a month for in-person meetings.
