HR Advisor - Part-time

Up to £35,000 (FTE)
12 Month FTC - On-site Working

Macildowie are delighted to be working with an amazing Blue-collar organisation, who are looking for a HR Advisor on an initial 12-month contract. The working-model for this role is on-site, with 3 or 4 days required working in the fantastic Nottingham office. This is a part-time role, working evening shifts between 7pm and 12pm.

The successful candidate will:

Handle employee queries face-to-face and over the phone.
Handle all low level Employee Relations, and assist more complex ER casework.
Support the wider with upcoming project work.
Support line managers with recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working at the HR Advisor level.
Be dedicated and passionate about growing within HR.
Have experience managing HR systems and ER cases.
Be confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
