Macildowie are excited to be working with an amazing Private sector organisation, based in Nottinghamshire, seeking a HR Services Team Leader to join their HR function on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR supporting them on all generalist HR functions, including leading a team and improving processes within the organisation.

If successful, you will be responsible for:

• Manage 3 direct reports within the shared-service function.
• Improve processes around the full generalist HR scope
• Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit interviews.
• Implement succession planning and training plans for the team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience leading a team of HR professionals
• Be comfortable getting stuck into a busy HR Admin workload
• Hold a CIPD qualification
