Job Description

HR Administrator - 6 month FTC

£25,500p.a FTE

Role Overview: As a People Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our People Team by managing administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle processes. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle confidential information will be key to the success of this role. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is accurately processed and filed.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the coordination of training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to organise company-wide events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and announcements to employees.
  • Assist with benefits administration and address basic employee inquiries regarding benefits packages.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by fostering clear communication and exceptional administrative support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices.
