I am delighted to be working with my client to recruit a HR Advisor to join their HR team. Looking after c450 employees, the successful candidate will lead on all ER, recruitment, and transnational HR. This is the perfect opportunity for a true generalist to move into a Senior Advisor position where they are given autonomy to work across all areas of HR.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full recruit process including updating job description, liaising with agencies, organising and assisting in interviews, raising new starter documents and using systems to set up new employees.
- Managing sickness absence but supporting manages in tracking absence levels, ensuring return to works are completed promptly, and managing long term sickness.
- Ensuring all ER is managed in line with company policies. Acting as a HR representative in meetings to advise on best practice and ensure outcome letters are accurate.
- Managing the leaver process and completing all associated admin.
- Meeting regularly with Trade Union Representatives.

The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with Trade Unions.
- Be comfortable looking after a variety of ER cases.
- Ideally, have worked in manufacturing or another fast paced blue collar environment.
