Macildowie HR are working with an amazing consultancy business who are looking to bring on an HR Consultant on to their team. This role would be ideal for someone who is knowledgeable on all areas of UK employment law and is/wants to be an ER specialist. This is a hybrid-working role and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of different companies across different industry sectors. Your daily duties will include;

• Assisting clients with implementation of new HR policies and procedures
• Providing excellent ER and HR advice to clients as well as providing solutions to any issues they may have
• Growing the account by adding value to clients
• Designing and delivering trainings and seminars To ensure the timely renewal of client agreements for continuous service provision
• Working efficiently with the wider team to ensure that client expectations are met and support is provided when needed.
• Supporting the business development team by identifying areas to provide additional services.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is;

• Level 5 CIPD qualified
• Has experience handling complex ER cases
• Has the ability to work autonomously
• Experience advising on HR policies, processes and procedures
