Job Description

Macildowie are working with a client based in Milton Keynes to recruit a Resourcing Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation within a highly regulated environment, supporting a busy resourcing function with a strong administrative focus.

Salary: £29,000 (pro rata) plus £1,750 location allowance
Contract Type: 6-month FTC
Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time considered
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the resourcing team, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organisational capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the resourcing function
  • Manage and prioritise a high volume of tasks and requests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support communication across internal stakeholders
  • Assist with coordination of recruitment-related activities

About You

  • Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • A collaborative team player

Desirable

  • Experience using SharePoint
